With the advent of time, technology has brought a drastic change in the way of doing business. Gone is the time when shopkeepers and small manufacturers used to keep written records on their dairies and registers. These days, the diaries and registers have successfully been replaced with technologically advanced products.

A small Sari Manufacturing company was suffering from multiple problems. First and the foremost problem was improper stock ledgers as there were lot of differences in the inventory of finished packed sari’s as per workshop and as per showroom.

Despite lot of efforts and double counting the problem was not getting resolved and right from factory to tempo driver to showroom manager, everybody was simply passing the blame on to each other and the final result was not only the mismatches but the troubled relationships between the personnel as well. Another problem that this company was facing was price variation.
